Ailey Studio:
Sunday, Jan 11th. Misnomer presents a 30-minute program at these times: 3:15pm, 4pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm.
Monday, Jan 12th. Misnomer presents a 30-minute program at these times: 2:45pm, 3:30pm, 4:15pm, 5:00pm, 5:45pm. Location: Alvin Ailey Studios. 405 West 55th Street (at 9th Avenue) Performance is in the Lower Level rehearsal studio C.
Ailey Theater:
Monday, Jan 12th. Misnomer presents a 10-minute program in Jodi Kaplan's Guest Artists Showcase at 6:50pm. Location: Alvin Ailey Studios. 405 West 55th Street (at 9th Avenue) Performance is in the Ailey Theater on the Lower Level.
Brooklyn Campus of Long Island University:
Can't catch up at APAP? Misnomer will give a full company production performance on January 28th at noon. Email us to reserve complimentary tickets. Location: Brooklyn - just near the Brooklyn Academy of Music.

Sunday, Jan 11th. Chris Elam, Artistic Director of Misnomer, will be a panelist on the subject of "Growing Audiences, Supporters, and Fans Through Technology-based Strategies". 9:30 - 11:30am at the Hilton New York.
Growing Audiences, Supporters, and Fans Through Technology-based Strategies: What does the current technology-based arts marketing landscape look like and how do artists, managers and presenters access it? What are strategies to define and secure the level of technological tools and resources, finances, and human resources that fit the needs of small to large organizations and communities they serve? Practitioners representing both corporate and non-profit sides of marketing the arts and culture will share case studies and real world solutions for applying technology-based tools and strategies that will help participants envision a more visible and sustainable prognosis for their own organizations and for the future of presenting.
